Each client receives a thorough assessment and a personalised plan — because no two people present the same way, and no two recovery journeys are alike.
Speech & Language TherapyDifficulty finding words, forming sentences, or understanding language — commonly following stroke, brain injury, or neurological illness. Structured, goal-oriented language rehabilitation.
Slurred, weak, or unclear speech caused by muscle weakness following neurological damage. We rebuild articulation through targeted oral-motor exercises.
Stuttering, cluttering, voice hoarseness, pitch disorders, and resonance difficulties — affecting quality of communication and self-confidence.
Speech and language difficulties following head trauma — including word retrieval problems, comprehension deficits, and disorganised communication patterns.
Communication support for adults with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, or dementia-related communication changes.
Practical coaching for family members on communication strategies and home practice techniques — a vital part of every rehabilitation programme.
Targeted exercises to restore dexterity, grip strength, and coordinated finger use — essential for daily activities, writing, and independence.
Structured strategies and exercises to address short and long-term memory difficulties — supporting independence and improving quality of life.
Rehabilitation for sustained, selective, and divided attention difficulties — alongside slower processing speed commonly affecting adults after neurological events.
Rebuilding the ability to plan, organise multi-step tasks, and follow sequences — critical for managing daily routines and returning to work or social life.
Support for problem-solving, decision-making, impulse control, mental flexibility, and initiation of tasks — higher-level skills often impaired after stroke or brain injury.
Functional rehabilitation to restore independence — from self-care and meal preparation to managing a phone, navigating the home, and community participation.

Client Stories
Words from clients and their families who trusted us with their loved one's recovery journey.
"My uncle is based in Owerri and lost most of his ability to speak after his stroke. All the way from the US, I researched and chose LiveFulfilled — and I have no regrets. The in-person sessions have been exceptional and his progress has been remarkable."
"My mum had a stroke and lost her ability to communicate clearly. We opted for the virtual sessions and honestly did not know what to expect. But the improvement has been beyond what we imagined. She is speaking again — and smiling. We are so grateful."
"My brother had a severe stroke and we feared the worst. What struck me most was the emotional intelligence — they understood his frustration and treated him with great dignity throughout the entire process."

Common Questions
We work with adults experiencing speech, language, and cognitive difficulties arising from stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, dementia, and other neurological conditions. We also offer occupational and cognitive rehabilitation for fine motor difficulties, memory problems, attention deficits, and executive functioning challenges.
The earlier the better — beginning rehabilitation soon after the onset of a condition consistently produces the best outcomes. However, meaningful improvement is possible even months or years later. It is never too late to begin working toward recovery.

The consultation and assessment (₦50,000) is a comprehensive first appointment. It includes a structured evaluation of communication and cognitive abilities, a written summary of findings, and a personalised therapy plan outlining recommended goals, session frequency, and expected milestones.
For the majority of speech, language, and cognitive rehabilitation goals, virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meet are highly effective and well-supported by current research. We will always advise honestly if in-person attendance would significantly benefit a particular client.
