What We Offer

Specialist rehabilitation across
speech, language & cognition

Each client receives a thorough assessment and a personalised plan — because no two people present the same way, and no two recovery journeys are alike.

Speech & Language Therapy

Aphasia

Difficulty finding words, forming sentences, or understanding language — commonly following stroke, brain injury, or neurological illness. Structured, goal-oriented language rehabilitation.

Dysarthria

Slurred, weak, or unclear speech caused by muscle weakness following neurological damage. We rebuild articulation through targeted oral-motor exercises.

Voice & Fluency Disorders

Stuttering, cluttering, voice hoarseness, pitch disorders, and resonance difficulties — affecting quality of communication and self-confidence.

Traumatic Brain Injury

Speech and language difficulties following head trauma — including word retrieval problems, comprehension deficits, and disorganised communication patterns.

Neurological & Progressive Conditions

Communication support for adults with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, or dementia-related communication changes.

Family Caregiver Training

Practical coaching for family members on communication strategies and home practice techniques — a vital part of every rehabilitation programme.

Occupational & Cognitive Therapy

Fine Motor & Hand Rehabilitation

Targeted exercises to restore dexterity, grip strength, and coordinated finger use — essential for daily activities, writing, and independence.

Memory Rehabilitation

Structured strategies and exercises to address short and long-term memory difficulties — supporting independence and improving quality of life.

Attention & Processing Speed

Rehabilitation for sustained, selective, and divided attention difficulties — alongside slower processing speed commonly affecting adults after neurological events.

Sequencing & Organisation

Rebuilding the ability to plan, organise multi-step tasks, and follow sequences — critical for managing daily routines and returning to work or social life.

Executive Functioning

Support for problem-solving, decision-making, impulse control, mental flexibility, and initiation of tasks — higher-level skills often impaired after stroke or brain injury.

Activities of Daily Living

Functional rehabilitation to restore independence — from self-care and meal preparation to managing a phone, navigating the home, and community participation.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

What conditions do you treat?

We work with adults experiencing speech, language, and cognitive difficulties arising from stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, dementia, and other neurological conditions. We also offer occupational and cognitive rehabilitation for fine motor difficulties, memory problems, attention deficits, and executive functioning challenges.

How soon should rehabilitation begin?

The earlier the better — beginning rehabilitation soon after the onset of a condition consistently produces the best outcomes. However, meaningful improvement is possible even months or years later. It is never too late to begin working toward recovery.

Do you offer a free conversation before committing?

Yes. Before any payment is required, we are happy to have a brief WhatsApp or phone conversation to understand your loved one's situation, answer your questions, and confirm whether our programme is the right fit.

What is included in the Consultation & Assessment?

The consultation and assessment (₦50,000) is a comprehensive first appointment. It includes a structured evaluation of communication and cognitive abilities, a written summary of findings, and a personalised therapy plan outlining recommended goals, session frequency, and expected milestones.

Are virtual sessions as effective as in-person sessions?

For the majority of speech, language, and cognitive rehabilitation goals, virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meet are highly effective and well-supported by current research. We will always advise honestly if in-person attendance would significantly benefit a particular client.

Can family members join the sessions?

Absolutely — and we actively encourage it. Family involvement significantly improves outcomes. Caregivers can observe, ask questions, and learn practical techniques to support practice between sessions.

How do I pay?

Payment is accepted via bank transfer to all major Nigerian banks. A receipt is issued for every payment. Account details are shared directly on WhatsApp when you book. Payment is confirmed before each session or plan begins.

Do you serve clients outside Owerri?

Yes. Virtual sessions are available to clients across Nigeria and to diaspora families supporting loved ones at home. In-person sessions are conducted in Owerri, Imo State.
